harold.place_poles

harold.place_poles(*args, **kwargs)

An error only function for recommending SciPy’s algorithm.

This function only emits a warning recommending the use of scipy.signal.place_poles until algorithm of [1] is implemented. Contributions are greatly appreciated about this method.

Otherwise SciPy implementation can be used directly with no modification.
